Express Delivery Services
With Global-e we exclusively ship with a DHL Express delivery option. Express delivery typically delivers within approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) based on your location. For the most accurate estimation, please refer to the estimated delivery range provided at checkout for your shipping address.
Shipping estimates do not include any delays caused by customs, weather, incorrect address information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: Orders with backpacks are hand assembled at our warehouse and may require additional processing time before orders containing these items ship, especially during sale promotions and US holidays.
Order Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the item(s) ship. You may track your package by entering your order details on the Global-e Tracking Page.
Shipping Services and Fees
Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all duties and taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package.
The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs, duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery. The only difference Canadian customers will see is a breakout of taxes onto a separate line at checkout.
With Global-e we offer a DHL Express method of shipping only. In Canada, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, we offer free shipping over a defined spend threshold which will be shown in the global banner on the site.
