Description

Tabs that are restored after launch do not respond to window.alert, window.confirm and window.prompt

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a tab and load https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_alert
2. Kill & relaunch Brave
3. Tap the "Try it button
