Kevin Li Ying | Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Li Ying | Chief Executive Officer

Kevin was appointed CEO in March 2025 after previously serving as Executive Vice President of the B2C division and prior to this, Chief Technology Officer since April 2016. He was previously Chief Technical Architect, leading systems and software engineering as well as all infrastructure operations across the group.

During that time, Kevin’s key achievements included the delivery of the Hawk technology – Future’s proprietary eCommerce platform and the backbone of the group’s revenue stream. Before this, he was Web Development Director at Future UK.

Kevin is originally from Mauritius, holds a BSc with honours, speaks three languages and is an ex-badminton champion.

Prior to Future, Sharjeel was the CFO of ITV Studios. Before this, he held a variety of senior finance roles at ITV plc, including Director of Group Finance and Director of Investor Relations. Sharjeel started his career at KPMG, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. Sharjeel brings fantastic experience from his roles at ITV, in particular driving growth across international markets. Sharjeel also sits on the Board of Commonwealth Games England and is a Trustee of MCC Foundation.

Jason was appointed CTO at Future in February 2024, after previously joining as Senior Vice President, Operations & IT in May 2019. Before Future, Jason spent three years as Chief Information Officer at an innovative NHS trust, where he led all aspects of information technology and programme delivery. 

Before this, Jason was the Global Head of IT Delivery at Fitness First for five years, where he was responsible for software development and business intelligence. At the start of his career, Jason spent 11 years as an IT consultant at PA Consulting, delivering digital solutions for clients as a technical lead and solutions architect.

Hillary Kerr | Senior Vice President

Hillary Kerr is the SVP of the Women’s + Luxury group at Future, where she leads Who What Wear, Marie Claire, Wallpaper* and Country Life. Kerr holds a B.A. in British Literature from the University of Southern California and a M.A. in Magazine Journalism from New York University. She joined Future in May 2022, from Clique Brands, where she was the co-founder and Chief Content Officer. Kerr is considered a visionary entrepreneur for creating the data-driven and curated fashion site Who What Wear in 2006, followed by five additional content properties and two trend-forward lines of clothing and accessories: Who What Wear for Target and the DTC brand Who What Wear Collection. Instrumental in scaling the business, taking the lead with brand partners, and growing the media brands’ digital content communities, Kerr also played a crucial role in the company’s fundraising efforts, as well as the acquisition by Future PLC in 2022.

He was named BSME Digital Editor of the Year while at Time Inc (UK) prior to joining Future as part of the acquisition of TI Media. His focus is on growing Future's websites through authentic, customer-focused content.

With over 15 years of experience, Amanda boasts a proven track record in shaping strategy, developing teams, and fostering growth within diverse media, technology, and communications organizations, both in-house and on the agency side. As the former Managing Director at SmartBrief, Future's leading B2B digital media brand, she spearheaded initiatives spanning content, sales, product, marketing, and partnerships, delivering tangible results in revenue and audience expansion while orchestrating a comprehensive rebranding effort. Prior to her role at Future, Amanda held executive leadership positions at Blue State, a WPP-owned digital strategy, and creative agency, where she directed business development, account strategy, creative processes, and delivery functions. She holds a degree in Communications and PR from the University of Maryland.

Neville qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where he worked in UK and New Zealand offices before joining Future plc in May 2001 as Financial Controller. In 2008 Neville worked on the launch of Future’s Australian business, and was made Managing Director in 2010. Since then he has overseen organic growth and acquisitions in print and digital channels for Future’s business in the APAC region.

Mark was previously Chief Operating Officer of Trainline (formerly thetrainline.com) where he had responsibility for the UK and International consumer and B2B businesses, including the Marketing and Product functions. Mark joined Trainline from Betfair where he also held the role of COO. Prior to this, Mark spent 17 years in investment banking advising UK companies on equity capital raising and M&A, latterly as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley.

Education:

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

He previously held corporate management roles at Pearson plc and MAI plc (now United Business Media).

From December 2012 until September 2016, Angela was Managing Director of Workplace Savings at Aegon UK. She was also a member of Aegon UK’s Independent Governance Committee. Prior to joining Aegon UK, Angela held a variety of senior sales and marketing roles at Norwich Union Insurance, where she ran the direct personal lines business, General Accident, CGNU and Aviva. Angela was the Senior Adviser to Lloyds Bank (Insurance) from November 2016 to November 2017. Angela was previously a Non-Executive Director of esure Group plc, Rentokil Initial plc and GoCompare.com Group plc. Angela was Chief Executive Officer of RAC Motoring Services from 2010 to 2012 and led the sale of that business to The Carlyle Group.

Anna is Vice President of Production at Netflix, responsible for leading production operations across the UK and EMEA. Since joining the company in April 2021, she has overseen teams spanning Production Management, Post Production, VFX, Music, Production Technology and Innovation and Safety, supporting the creation of Netflix content across the region.

Previously, Anna was Chief Executive Officer of ITN and held senior leadership roles at BBC Studios, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Production. In 2024, she chaired the Royal Television Society London Convention on behalf of Netflix.

She is a Non-Executive Director at ScreenSkills and holds Trustee positions at the Royal Television Society and Glyndebourne, reflecting her commitment to nurturing creative talent and championing the cultural sector.

As Chief Growth Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Patricia oversees growth-centric brand and commercial capabilities, including global marketing, innovation, creative storytelling, and design as well as insights & analytics and revenue growth management.

A veteran in the FMCG and consumer health industries, Patricia has extensive leadership in marketing and general management as well as a track record of delivering results for global companies and brands across various industries and geographies, including Bayer Consumer Health, Unilever and Heineken. In addition, she was a Board member for T&L PLC from 2021 to 2025.

In 2023, Patricia was named one of the Top Chief Marketing Officers by Cannes Lions, inducted into the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) Global Marketer Hall of Fame, and recognized as an Adweek Brand Genius. She also was named one of the World’s Most Influential Chief Marketing Officers in 2024 and 2025 by Forbes.
