Manage online ordering options

You can manage how customers place food pickup and delivery orders through your Business Profile. From your Business Profile, you can:

  • Add and manage third-party providers and custom ordering links.
  • Set your preferred online order provider.
  • Remove specific third-party providers from your Business Profile.

Important: In some countries and regions, ordering options appear under the ‘Order online’ button. However, in certain regions, the ‘Place an order’ links might appear separately on the profile.

Manage third-party providers & custom ordering links

Important: If you turn off "Accept orders on your profile," any third-party order options and links you add are hidden from your Business Profile.

  1. Go to your Business Profile.
  2. Select Food ordering.
  3. Turn Accept orders on your profile on or off.

Set a preferred online order provider

For pickup and delivery, you can mark third-party order options and links as preferred.

  4. Select Set as preferred.
  5. You can choose either:
    • Turn Preferred for pickup on or off.
    • Turn Preferred for delivery on or off.
  6. Once you’re done, select Save.

Tip: You won’t be able to turn the pickup or delivery option on or off if the provider doesn’t offer that specific option.

Remove a specific third-party provider

  1. Go to your Business Profile.
  2. Select Food ordering.
  3. From the list of options, select a provider or link.
